Family is important. Since early May, we focused on “A Renewed Home” during the Sunday morning services. I hope your home has found some renewal this summer and that God is working in your heart! Satan’s attacks on the home appear like waves on the seashore, and we cannot let up our guard. Satan feeds us lies about the home, and he tells lies about the Lord. We’ll begin looking at “Shattering Lies about God” on Sunday morning.
Thinking about family, I’m thankful that we’ve been able to have three of our boys’ cousins here in Louisiana for the last couple of weeks. It’s been a busy, fun, memorable time! You’ve heard of my twin brother, and our church will have the opportunity of hearing him preach on Sunday night!
Be faithful to your Sunday school class at 9:30! I look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
