Information for Parents
We believe spiritual growth and training is important for children.
Your entire family will feel at home in the welcoming atmosphere at Open Door Baptist Church. We have unique environments for preschoolers, children and students. Each ministry area is led by professional staff that manage a capable and gifted team of enthusiastic volunteers.
You will find a safe, secure, and clean environment for your children to grow, interact with others, and discover spiritual truths for themselves.
When you visit for the first time, you will easily find the right area for the members of your family. We have signage to point the way and volunteers who are ready to help with questions
We do emphasize safety and security in our preschool and children areas, so a trained volunteer will be happy to help you register your child and check them in. Feel free to accompany your child to their area so that you can meet the volunteers and teachers for yourself and see the environment.

We have volunteers who will be glad to help you find where to go, check in children, and show you where to get coffee.

Our services are uplifting and balanced, and our goal is worship, not entertainment. The messages are taken right from the Bible and are relevant to everyday life.
Expect Help as a Saint or Skeptic
Come with a willingness to hear God's Word and investigate the truth about Jesus. You'll see grace in action and find hope in a relationship (not a religion) with Christ.
